- 7+ years in complex, large-scale enterprise environments
- High-availability systems, server clustering, and robust enterprise solutions
- Windows/macOS ecosystem knowledge (Active Directory, Meraki, RMM tools)
- Solid Linux systems administration and database management experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish; German a plus
