JOB PURPOSE: To provide finance business partnering support to the GV General Functions to drive improved business performance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Business Partnering- Oversee all financial aspects of GV central functions including Implementation, Project Services, GIC and LATAM including current and future performance, identification and realisation of opportunities and risks.- Support the BU leaders in formulating and executing on strategy to drive growth and achieve business objectives.- Provide technical and analytical expertise and drive improvements in the quality and reliability of financial information.Strategic Planning and Initiatives, Operating Plan and Forecasting- Take the lead on key financial processes such as operating plans, financial reviews and provide input into the strategic planning processes.- Work with the BU leaders to develop appropriate staffing levels, productivity metrics to reach overall business objectives.- Provide input into the strategic planning cycles with respect to functional / department impact.Management Reporting, Financial Close and Control Activities- Ensure compliance with all ADP financial policies across the BUs ensuring accurate reporting and communication of financial information and messaging.- P&L responsibility for the LATAM business.- Accountable for backlog,
