Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage end-to-end procurement for OEM projects and spare parts, driving cost reductions and supplier performance. You will work closely with Purchasing leadership to select series suppliers, process RFQs, and negotiate prices at the product level. You’ll support logistics, SQA, and KPI achievement, contributing to a streamlined supply chain and successful project execution. The position centers on technical and commercial procurement in Vibracoustic’s automotive components context, offering impact across sourcing and cost-down initiatives.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Manage procurement from acquisition to project completion for OEM customer programs
• Oversee spare parts procurement post-series for ongoing production
• Create cost estimates for project pricing and participate in RFQ processing




• Conduct autonomous price negotiations at the product level
• Select and nominate series suppliers with the Purchasing Manager/Commodity Manager
• Support purchasing KPIs and drive cost-reduction activities
• Troubleshoot and support logistics and SQA activities

Responsabilidades
• University degree in technical/commercial or comparable field
• Technical know-how in main VC commodities (e.g., compounds, stampings, aluminum die casting, tubes, extrusions)
• Familiarity with supply chain processes (supplier-VC-customer)
• Project management and negotiation skills
• Professional English
