Experteer Overview In this role you act as a trusted day-to-day partner to managers on people issues in a dynamic aviation environment. You will navigate employee situations practically and compliantly while managing core HR administration across the lifecycle. You will ensure processes align with Spanish labour law and internal policies, supporting a high-performing, engaged workforce. This position blends hands-on HR operations with strategic people initiatives in a multinational setting.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Guide managers through performance issues, disciplinary matters, absences, conflicts, grievances and other sensitive situations in a fair, compliant way
- Support performance management, employee development and day-to-day leadership topics while contributing to engagement and a positive work environment
- Ensure HR processes comply with Spanish labour law, internal policies and documentation requirements, identifying and escalating risks
- Manage core HR processes: contracts, amendments, onboarding, offboarding, records, working time, holidays, benefits and internal documentation
- Coordinate payroll-related information, maintain accurate data, review documentation, prepare reports and keep HR records audit-ready




- Support hiring needs when required and assist in coordinating in other hiring casesResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Labour Relations or HR with strong labour law content; solid understanding of Spanish labour law
- Experience in HR Generalist, People Manager, HR Operations or similar role
- Experience with HR operations, lifecycle processes, payroll inputs, documentation, absence management and employee relations cases
- Clear communicator, trusted advisor, able to collaborate with stakeholders
- Independent, takes ownership, structured and practical in day-to-day HR matters
- Good judgment and ability to balance context in people matters
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple HR topics simultaneously
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and HR data/digital systems
- Curious, open to improvement and motivated to find efficient ways of working
- Good command of English in a professional environment
- Experience in multi-site or international environments (advantage)Requisitos principales
