We are a leading manufacturer of scientific and laboratory equipment with over 70 years of experience and a strong international presence.We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our International Sales Department in Abrera / Martorell (Barcelona).Todas las habilidades, cualificaciones y experiencia relevantes que necesitará un candidato seleccionado se enumeran en la siguiente descripción.What you will do- Provide administrative support to the Export Sales team.- Process customer orders and manage order entry in our ERP system.- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales documentation.- Handle customer and distributor inquiries via email and phone.- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer requests.- Coordinate with logistics, production, and other internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.- Assist with pricing, discounts, and commercial documentation.- Support after-sales activities and help resolve customer issues.What we are looking for- Fluent English (C1 / Business level) – essential,
