Experteer Overview In this role you lead the Cross Analytics team within AAu0026amp; AT at BBVA Global Markets, driving cross-asset analytics, AI, and BI to make the business more data-driven. You will partner with sales, trading, and tech to translate analytics into revenue impact and improved client engagement. You’ll shape client-centric analytics, CLV, segmentation, and AI-enabled workflows within CRM. This position offers visibility with senior stakeholders and a chance to scale AI adoption across Global Markets.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead cross-asset analytics and AI initiatives to improve client engagement and commercial effectiveness
- Develop client-centric analytics capabilities: view of activity, profitability, and engagement across General Markets
- Design and deploy models (CLV, churn, propensity) and next-best-action recommendations
- Build BI solutions, dashboards, and executive reporting to support strategy and performance monitoring
- Integrate analytics/AI with CRM (Salesforce) to automate workflows and relationships management
- Deploy agentic AI and intelligent assistants to support sales teams and management
- Identify and implement AI productivity tools across General Markets (e.G., generative AI platforms)
- Collaborate with sales, trading, tech, and data teams to translate opportunities into scalable solutions




- Engage with senior stakeholders to articulate insights and drive data-driven decisionsResponsabilidades
- Master in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Marketing Analytics, Data Science or related quantitative discipline
- 7+ years in advanced analytics, marketing analytics, customer analytics, data science or AI in financial services or data-intensive industries
- Proven track record leading client behavior and value optimization projects
- Strong knowledge of CLV, propensity modeling, segmentation, targeting, recommendations
- BI and data visualization skills with executive reporting experience
- Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, and analytics/workflow integration
- Knowledge of agentic AI, AI copilots, and intelligent workflow automation in CRM
- Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with ML/AI frameworks
- Cloud and big data tech, data engineering concepts, modern analytics architectures
- Generative AI applications deployed in business environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to drive changein fast-paced settings
