Experteer Overview Senior Data Research Analyst in Morningstar's EMEA Data Team drives data coverage, quality, and timeliness across global markets. You collaborate with global teams and local business reps to ensure reliable investment data and timely delivery for clients. You’ll deepen data acquisition knowledge, optimize procedures, and lead from the front in data governance and methodology. - Collaborate with global data teams to align on data coverage and quality
- Serve as data expert on investment data points, processes, methodologies, calculations, and fund structures
- Manage relationships with fund companies and set up data acquisition channels
- Meet production deadlines for internal and external clients
- Drive process improvements and develop analytical tools
- Apply LEAN Six Sigma project management to tackle complex data issues
- Collect, maintain, and ensure high data accuracy and coverage




- Own and resolve data tickets with proactive updates and escalation when needed
- Translate internal client requests into clear specifications and user stories

- Bachelor or equivalent
- Fluent in English and French; additional European language a plus
- Strong team collaboration and inclusive communication
- Sensitive to client needs and customer-focused
- Solid understanding of the financial industry and investment data passion
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills for high data volumes and deadlines
- Experience with data methodology/quality and processes; cross-functional collaboration
- Project management experience preferred
