Experteer Overview In this Sales Engineer role, you will drive opportunities for MWM Gas Generator Set systems and related services across a defined territory. You’ll coordinate sales efforts and coordinate solution programs to meet customer needs, while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring contract delivery. You’ll develop forecasts, support strategies, and secure bookings that align with company targets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused energy solutions that differentiate MWM.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Supervise and coordinate sales and solution programs for gas generator sets and related services
- Develop territory sales plan and forecast to support company objectives
- Manage customer relationships, new contacts, and applications
- Ensure fulfilment of contracts per company policies and secure bookings to meet sales targets




- Coordinate aftersales and technical services delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain ongoing customer interface to identify future sales opportunities
- Support internal teams to meet unique customer needs and deliver value-added services
- Contribute to proposal development and value-selling discussionsResponsabilidades
- University Degree in Engineering
