Experteer Overview In this HR Manager role, you partner with the GM Spain and Ceuta leadership to design people strategies that boost business performance and employee experience. You will blend practical HR management with strategic partnering across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Spanish labor law. You will lead complex employee relations and risk mitigation while aligning with group HR standards. This is a hands-on, multi-brand position that shapes local capabilities and culture in a fast-growing SEU hub.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Act as the primary HR partner to the GM Spain and Hub Ceuta leadership, delivering trusted people guidance aligned with objectives
- Coach managers to enhance leadership capability and people decisions
- Lead complex employee relations cases (discipline, performance, grievances, dismissals, redundancies) under Spanish law
- Advise on contracts, working time, absences, collective agreements, statutory obligations; liaise with external counsel and unions as needed
- Oversee full employee lifecycle with HR Operations support; ensure compliant policies and accurate records




- Manage organizational design activities and lead local change initiatives with clear communication
- Drive employee experience, engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives across brands
- Support talent planning, performance management, and rollout of group HR programs; coach growth and development
- Monitor people metrics and partner with Centres of Excellence to align with SEU standardsResponsabilidades
- Significant HR Manager or HR Business Partner experience in Spain
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of Spanish employment law and proven complex ER case management
- Experience advising senior leaders on legally compliant, risk-aware decisions
- Broad generalist HR expertise across the full employee lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills
- Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-site environments
