You will play a key role in bridging global strategy with local execution, helping to improve efficiency, team engagement, and operational performance across multiple markets.Requirements- 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or in a similar role.- Experience tracking KPIs and driving process improvements.- Fluent English,
