Experteer Overview
As Staff IT Asset Architect, you lead the design and evolution of our asset management and CMDB strategy within ServiceNow, spanning endpoints to business services. You shape governance, data quality, and integrations across IT Infrastructure, InfoSec, Finance, and Cloud Operations. Your work enables trusted, actionable asset data and cost-aware decision making at scale. You’ll drive an autonomous, automated asset program that supports disaster recovery and business continuity while engaging executives with clear risk and financial metrics.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Architect the asset and configuration management architecture in ServiceNow to scale across asset classes
• Define enterprise asset tagging, metadata standards, and decommissioning policies
• Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (AWS, Azure, GCP, FinOps, security scanners, endpoint management)
• Ensure end-to-end asset lifecycle visibility across physical, cloud, SaaS, and internal services
• Lead cross-functional governance and workflows to manage risk, spend, and compliance




• Drive automation with self-healing workflows and automated discovery to improve data quality
• Lead service mapping initiatives for application visibility and resilience planning
• Develop KPIs and observability dashboards for executive reporting on asset health and financial exposure

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in IT Infrastructure or IT Asset Management
• at least 3 years in lead or architect capacity
• experience across physical, cloud, and application asset domains
• ServiceNow expertise (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping); familiarity with CSDM
• multi-cloud understanding (AWS, Azure, GCP); asset management of cloud resources
• integration design and API-based automation experience
• strong cross-functional influence and communication skills
• ability to translate technical data into business risk and financial terms
