Experteer Overview In this Senior role, you own the end-to-end delivery of Flight-related features within Perk’s fast-growing Flights team. You’ll collaborate with product, design and operations to shape solutions, write design documents, ship code, and measure impact. You drive reliability, simplicity, and technical quality across cross-functional squads while tackling complex flight-booking challenges. - Draft design documents and safeguard technical quality across the squad
- Drive cross-team alignment and communicate complex ideas beyond your immediate team

- Mentor and uplift teammates, participate in reviews,

- Lead cross-squad initiatives and collaborate with engineering guilds on shared topics
