- Develop and maintain Java-based microservices with Spring Boot
- Design and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka
- Build scalable and resilient backend services
- Apply functional programming principles to improve code quality
- Work with PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB

- Minimum 4 years of experience in a software development role
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
- Strong experience with Java 8+
- Experience building microservices with Spring Boot
- Knowledge of functional programming concepts
- Experience with JPA
- Experience with TDD and/or BDD testing
- Software design knowledge and application of design principles
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, and/or MongoDB
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
