Experteer Overview In this role you drive the delivery of rail projects in a fast-paced setting from Madrid, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes while safeguarding customer satisfaction. You will manage client interfaces directly and oversee variations, contracts, and RAMS-focused performance. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to control costs, revenue, and cash in, shaping project economics and governance. - Deliver project outcomes on time, budget, and quality with customer satisfaction as a focus
- Maintain direct client interface and manage variation/change orders
- Approve sub-contracts aligned with budget, schedule, and contract requirements
- Lead RAMS-focused performance improvements and customer communications
- Oversee project quarterly and financial progress reporting with the Project Controller
- Validate invoicing plans and manage project communications
- Manage and resolve customer claims and ensure contract compliance
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across multinational environmentsResponsabilidades
- 10+ years of project management experience in rail projects within multinational organizations
- 5+ years in rolling stock operation and maintenance, High Speed Full Service focus
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills with internal and external parties
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and manage Change/Variation Orders
- ECM Functions according to EU 2019/779
- Ability to evaluate operation and maintenance plans against customer commercial strategy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; problem solving
- Excellent client-facing skills
