About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Partner Enablement Manager to support the growth and success of our integral partner ecosystem. This role combines technical training, partner onboarding, documentation management, and enablement strategy.You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Solutions, and Engineering teams to help partners understand, position, and implement AI-powered software solutions successfully.This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys bridging technical and business teams while building scalable training and enablement programs.ResponsibilitiesPartner Training & EnablementDeliver training sessions on platform capabilities, integrations, automation workflows, APIs, and implementation best practicesSupport partner onboarding activities, product demonstrations, and selected pre‑sales initiativesHelp partners build confidence in deploying and supporting the platformAcademy OwnershipManage and improve the company’s partner training academyUpdate outdated learning materials and create new enablement contentCoordinate with internal subject matter experts to build structured learning paths, documentation, and training videosDocumentation & Knowledge BaseCreate setup guides, implementation documentation, FAQs, SOPs, and partner resourcesMaintain a scalable self‑service knowledge base for partnersCross‑Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product, Engineering, Sales,
