Experteer Overview In this role you drive end-to-end recruitment for ISA Platinion, sourcing top tech consulting talent and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You partner with Platinion leadership and cross-functional teams to align hiring with business needs, manage high-volume processes, and enhance the employer brand. You will shape recruitment strategy across Iberia and South America, collaborating with global teams to attract and onboard high-caliber professionals. - Lead end-to-end recruitment across ISA, from sourcing to onboarding
- Manage ATS, interview logistics, and candidate communications
- Advise ISA Platinion leadership on hiring plans and strategies




- Coordinate with EMESA Platinion and general teams to align recruitment
- Build relationships with partners, consultants, and HR teams as a trusted advisor
- Serve as the main contact for ISA recruiting activities and data reporting
- Collaborate with Marketing u0026 Branding to boost employer branding and organize recruitment events in SpainResponsabilidades
- 4+ years of structured candidate sourcing and recruiting in technology/consulting
- Experience in professional services
- Experience recruiting digital/IT roles (digital strategists, IT architects, IT consultants)
