- Design, develop, and maintain applications using RPG IV, RPG Free, CL, SQL, and other IBM i technologies
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Provide technical leadership and guidance in planning, design, and execution of projects

- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues for reliability and efficiency




- Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain system configuration/documentation

- Experience in full Software Lifecycle Delivery Cycle
