Experteer Overview In this role you drive strategic wins for large enterprise accounts in Spain, aligning Arista’s portfolio to customer outcomes. You’ll collaborate with Customer Engineers, Professional Services and executives to win and grow business across data center and campus networking products. You’ll manage cross-functional relationships and craft account plans that deliver on mission-driven goals. This is an opportunity to shape complex deals across industries and expand Arista’s footprint in key markets.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Identify and close opportunities across the Arista portfolio (data center, campus networking, Cloud WI-FI/POE switches)
- Develop and execute targeted account plans with partner managers and sales engineering
- Build productive relationships with key stakeholders in assigned agencies and accounts
- Create demand through pre-engagement planning and solution alignment to customer missions
- Manage year 1 to year 3 priorities within named accounts and territories




- Create marketing plans aligned with named accounts and territory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Legal, Marketing, partners) to fulfill customer needs
- Travel to customers and regional partners as requiredResponsabilidades
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in developing enterprise organizations in Spain
- Experience selling networking equipment and related solutions (Router, Switch, SDN, SD-WAN, etc.)
- Bachelor degree (BA/BS, CS, BBA); MBA desirable
- Residential in Spain, Madrid area; open to home/field-based role
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Proven leadership to guide internal cross-functional teams
- Strong requirements gathering through contracting and resale processes
- Proven track record of building business plans and exceeding sales targets
