Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead legal support for Arlo Europe, enabling sustainable growth through commercial, consumer-facing and privacy-focused guidance. You will partner with cross-functional teams and Verisure country legal teams to navigate EU and general regulations, while driving pragmatic legal solutions for commercial agreements and product innovations. You will act as a business enabler, shaping deals and protecting customer trust in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Provide legal advice on commercial and consumer-facing topics (supplier/distribution agreements, e-commerce, promotions, customer Tu0026Cs)
• Support Arlo catalogue innovations and marketing claims for European markets
• Cover operational data privacy topics for Arlo Europe with the Group Data Privacy team and DPO
• Collaborate with Verisure country Legal teams and align with Arlo Inc. Legal on Europe topics




• Advise on compliance with consumer protection rules and marketing materials
• Support regulatory risk mitigation and pragmatic solutions in a dynamic EU/global landscape
• Ensure legal input supports strategic business decisions and growth initiatives

Responsabilidades
• Qualified lawyer with experience in commercialising technology and services
• 5+ years of professional legal experience in a consumer-facing business
• Strong understanding of EU law and regulatory developments
• Proven ability to manage time and lead projects in a fast-paced environment
• High EQ, strong judgment and influential leadership style
• Hands-on approach with ability to balance strategic oversight with execution
