Experteer Overview In this role, you will own the strategic roadmap and end-to-end delivery of Allianz's data products and services, shaping enterprise capabilities across Anti-Fraud, Cat Analytics, GEOspatial, and the Global Data Layer. You’ll lead a global, cross-functional team and advise senior stakeholders on data and analytics topics, aligning with Group IT strategy and driving AI/GenAI adoption. Expect to advance governance, security, and performance while innovating with real-time analytics. - Define and execute the strategic roadmap for shared data products and services aligned to the group strategy
- Oversee lifecycle of enterprise-grade data products ensuring governance, security and performance
- Embed AI/ML and real-time analytics into product roadmaps to future-proof services
- Lead and develop a global team across multiple geographies
- Maintain executive relationships and represent the team in steering committees

- Strong business acumen including budget management, vendor negotiation, and product ownership
- Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies with practical application; hands-on with Agentic development is a plus
- 10+ years of data and analytics leadership in large global organizations
