Experteer Overview In this role you identify and develop new logo opportunities in large enterprises, applying a consultative, value-driven approach to position Kyndryl as a trusted advisor. You shape early opportunities, articulate compelling business cases, and coordinate with internal teams and partners to craft differentiated proposals. You manage a healthy pipeline and support negotiations up to deal execution, ensuring ongoing client continuity. - Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (CIO-level and business leaders)
- Lead early-stage opportunity shaping, discovery, qualification, and value definition

- Proven experience in business development, consultative sales, or complex B2B selling in enterprise environments
- Strong commercial and financial acumen; ability to structure and defend value-based business cases
- Experience working on multi-stakeholder, long-cycle opportunities
- Ability to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders and tailor messaging
- Solid understanding of technology landscape: hybrid infrastructure, cloud/cloud migration, IT and application modernization, managed services and transformation programs
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and partner organizations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
