Before delivery teams mobilise, before subcontractors arrive on site and before procurement begins, our Preconstruction Managers build the foundations that make successful projects possible.

We're looking for a commercially minded construction professional to join our growing Madrid team and help lead the planning, estimating and procurement activities behind major workplace and commercial interior projects.

You’ll work closely with clients, project managers, designers and subcontractors to develop budgets, programmes and procurement strategies that ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably and successfully.

This role is idóneo for someone coming from a project management, estimating, quantity surveying or commercial construction background who wants broader responsibility and exposure across the full project lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing

-

- Preparing project estimates and budgets

- Supporting procurement and tender activities





- Coordinating subcontractor pricing and scope reviews

- Assisting with programme development and planning

- Reviewing project documentation and identifying risks

- Building relationships with suppliers and subcontractors

- Working closely with delivery teams during project mobilisation

- Supporting client presentations and commercial discussions

What we’re looking for

-

- 4–7 years' experience within construction, estimating, quantity surveying or project management

- Commercial interiors, workplace, fit-out or construction experience xcskxlj preferred

- Strong understanding of procurement and subcontractor management

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Fluent Spanish and English

- Madrid-based
