Experteer Overview In this role you drive growth for Turner u0026amp; Townsend's Data Centre practice in Iberia, partnering with leaders to win opportunities and expand market share in Spain and Portugal. You will shape client strategies, lead bid quality, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver compelling proposals. You’ll work closely with senior clients and internal stakeholders to position the firm as the leading data centre consultancy in the region. This is a high-impact, collaborative role at pace with a clear growth mandate.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new connections across the Data Centre sector in Iberia
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company objectives
- Advise on innovative approaches and value propositions to enhance competitiveness
- Monitor and manage the opportunity pipeline with leadership focus on priority areas
- Collaborate with bid teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations; provide insights on client needs and market trends
- Review and refine draft bids to ensure clarity, accuracy,



and alignment with client expectations; drive high standards ofbid quality as bid director for major pursuits
- Contribute to the development of proposal templates for different services, clients and projectsResponsabilidades
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development within professional services, ideally in a mission critical built environment sector
- Proven success in winning work, shaping client opportunities, and driving business development
- Proactive, detail driven, and hands on, with a collaborative approach to problem solving
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage clients and senior management; fluent in Spanish and EnglishRequisitos principales
