You lead a CX analytics team to improve journeys, drive satisfaction and loyalty, and embed a customer-centric culture across the organization. You work with senior leaders to guide strategic decisions through data-driven recommendations and VoC intelligence. - Develop and evolve the global Customer Experience Insights framework
- Leverage VoC data, metrics, and AI-driven analytics to generate actionable insights
- Build models to assess CX initiative impact for strategic decisions
- Lead the CX Insights team in identifying trends, pain points, and opportunities
- Transform feedback and data into dashboards, stories, and recommendations
- Drive end-to-end customer journey analysis across multiple Lines of Business




- Identify friction points and prioritize impactful initiatives
- Partner with senior leaders to embed customer-centric thinking in products and processes
- Facilitate workshops with global/local stakeholders to drive CX initiatives

- Proven experience in Customer Experience, Customer Insights, Strategy, Analytics, or related field
- Experience leading teams in complex, international organizations
- Track record turning customer insights into measurable business outcomes
