Experteer Overview In this role you will design and optimize operational workflows to boost efficiency, scale, and performance across Secret Media Network. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable processes, and leverage AI tooling to automate manual tasks. You will maintain clear playbooks and track KPIs to guide data-driven decisions. - Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows across SMN
- Identify inefficiencies and translate them into scalable processes
- Standardize ways of working across regions (NA, Europe, APAC, LatAm)
- Identify automation opportunities using AI tools and internal systems
- Collaborate with Tech/Data teams to deploy scalable solutions
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure operational performance
- Maintain clear operational playbooks
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align operations with business needs
- Bridge strategy and execution ensuring operational feasibilityResponsabilidades
- Master in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM)
- 5+ years in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, marketing operations, or production management
- Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation
- Data-driven with ability to define KPIs and guide decisions
- Hands-on mindset to move from strategy to execution
- Experience with automation tools (e.G., Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable) is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools and interest in leveraging them for efficiency
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
