Lead Consultant at Autodesk Consulting (Southern Europe) drives digital transformation for large AECO customers across France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. You blend business strategy with hands-on solution configuration and implementation, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes. You will engage executives, design value-driven approaches, and mature adoption through governance and change management. This role offers influence across sales, delivery, and customer success while acting as an industry thought leader.

• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and teams
• Understand client objectives and industry context to define outcome-driven solutions
• Design implementation approaches balancing business priorities, feasibility, and speed to value
• Lead consulting engagements and coordinate Autodesk specialists and partners
• Provide hands-on implementation services for Autodesk solutions in your domain
• Drive adoption through change management, governance and best practices
• Identify opportunities to expand customer value and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Solution Architects
• Share insights and innovative approaches as an industry thought leader
• Continuously learn new technologies, workflows and AI-enabled capabilities
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Operations)
• Deep expertise in at least one AECO sub-industry
• Proven experience leading customer engagements from strategy through implementation
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk technologies relevant to your domain
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions
• Experience leading cross-functional teams via influence, not formal authority
• Excellent workshop, communication and executive presentation skills
• Strong change management and technology adoption understanding
• Fluent English and at least one Southern European language (French, Italian, Spanish)
