Experteer Overview In this role you will scale and optimise Google Search and Apple Ads campaigns across Glovo's general markets to drive high-intent customer acquisition. You will own regional growth, work with cross-functional teams, and continuously test and optimise to improve ROAS and conversions. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with marketing, analytics, and tech teams, and owning outcomes through experimentation. - Manage and optimise paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads) to drive acquisition and ROAS
- Own regional growth budgets and scale high-impact initiatives
- Plan and analyse media efficiency in collaboration with Analytics, Web, BI, and Martech teams
- Run A/B tests and implement data-driven optimisations to improve performance
- Partner with Regional Marketing and Growth teams and inform roadmaps with technical stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs,



diagnose under/over-performance, and implement course corrections
- Develop forecasts and performance analyses using Excel and LookerResponsabilidades
- 3-5+ years in performance marketing with Paid Search experience in tech or fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to scale campaigns and optimise acquisition funnels for ROAS
- Deep experience with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, scripts, and automation
- Data fluency with Excel and Looker; SQL is a plus
- Stakeholder management across large campaigns and cross-functional teams
- Strong ownership, proactive, execution-focused, and able to work autonomously
