Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Vending Channel end-to-end, shaping a scalable growth strategy and driving commercial excellence. You’ll align customer partnerships with PMI’s broader mission towards a smoke-free future and work across functions to deliver volume, share and profitability gains. You’ll transform the channel with data-driven insights, advanced planning, and innovative commercial approaches. This is a strategic, cross-market role with a clear impact on the consumer journey and business performance. - Define and lead national Key Account strategy for vending operators
- Own and execute Conjoint Business Plans with Business Units to hit volume, share, and profitability targets
- Lead complex commercial negotiations to secure optimal agreements across portfolio, visibility, and pricing




- Build long-term partnerships with key customers to position PMI as a preferred partner
- Design and own mid- and long-term vending channel strategy aligned with commercial priorities
- Identify growth levers: distribution expansion, portfolio optimization, pricing and revenue management, visibility and planogram excellence
- Evolve the channel toward a data-driven, scalable model
- Define and monitor channel KPIs (share evolution, machine coverage, penetration); use data analytics to close performance gaps
- Lead initiatives to transform vending into a strategic Route-to-Market pillar; challenge operating models; drive continuous improvementResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience with budget management
