- Manage corporate social channels and SGS.Com homepage with an editorial calendar
- Create and produce engaging short-form video content (reels, interviews, etc.)
- Lead content strategy to support brand positioning and business objectives
- Create and optimize digital campaigns and coordinate cross-channel campaigns
- Guide and support the Digital Engagement team on community management
- Oversee social media complaints on Group channels




- Pilot new content formats and share updates with stakeholders
- Educate internal stakeholders on social media and digital campaign best practicesResponsabilidades
- 5+ years developing and executing community-engagement strategies for B2B environments
- Exceptional English writing and editing skills for audience-focused storytelling
- Proven experience creating, editing and producing short-form social video content
- Strong understanding of emerging social media trends and formats, with testing and optimization experience
- Experience delivering high-impact content across articles, videos, live streams, interviews and multimedia campaigns
- Active daily engagement with social media and digital culture, with insight into online communities
- Experience working in international and matrixed organizations
