Experteer Overview In this role you will own and continuously improve general engineering and manufacturing processes for magnetic cores across transformer types. You will set and enforce standards to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency while standardizing core design, build, and assembly worldwide. You will drive Lean and digital transformation to scale processes across factories, collaborate with global teams, and lead improvements that reduce variability and lead times. This is a strategic, cross-functional role that connects engineering with operations, supply chain, and suppliers to enable a Design Anywhere, Manufacture Anywhere approach.Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Led complex initiatives across functions and countries
- Experience with digital tools supporting engineering and production
