Experteer Overview In this role you will support TP ICAP’s EMEA Compliance team by advising on conduct and regulatory requirements, developing and updating policies, and providing strategic compliance guidance. You’ll act as the main contact for transaction reporting questions and collaborate with operations and technology to embed a strong compliance culture across EMEA. You will lead risk assessments, deliver training, and prepare regulatory reports while staying abreast of regulatory changes. This role offers line management opportunities and a chance to influence reporting practices across MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR and REMIT.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Act as the senior point of contact for transaction reporting questions across operations and technology teams
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures for operations and technology functions
- Lead compliance risk assessments and implement corrective actions
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulators
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive compliance across the organization
- Escalate significant or challenging compliance questions and mentor junior staff




- Potential line management of junior Transaction Reporting Compliance Officers
- Represent Compliance in transaction reporting meetings and forums
- Advise on interpretation of transaction reporting rules across MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR, REMIT
- Inform relevant stakeholders about regulatory updates and changes
- Develop and deliver training on transaction reporting requirements and best practices
- Act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors regarding transaction reporting complianceResponsabilidades
- Experience in Wholesale Financial Markets
- Knowledge of UK and EU financial services regime (FCA Handbook, MiFID II, SMCR)
- In-depth knowledge of transaction reporting (MiFIR RTS 22, EMIR, SFTR, REMIT)
- Understanding MiFID onboarding processes and client classification
- Experience in a compliance or operational risk role in Financial Services
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience analyzing regulations for business impact
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
