Within the Product Engineering department, the primary responsibility is to design and revise components utilizing composite materials.Key Responsibilities:- Concept generation and development.- Creation of detailed 3D models.- Preparation of comprehensive part and assembly drawings in accordance with GD&T company drafting standards.- Conducting preliminary design analyses through hand calculations.- Selection of appropriate materials and laminate design.- Providing support on the shop floor.- Maintenance and improvement of existing designs.- Active participation in design reviews.- Involvement in structural testing, both destructive and non-destructive.- Offering assistance with additional design tasks as required.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,
Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in component design.- Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically Creo Parametric.- Strong understanding of the mechanical behavior of materials, including stress-strain relationships, failure criteria, and fatigue.- Expertise in composite materials.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate initiative.- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with a minimum level of B2.
