Experteer Overview As Regional Head of Supply Chain, you will lead the end-to-end SC strategy for the region, driving service, cost and working capital performance. You will coordinate planning, logistics, distribution and customer service to align capabilities with commercial priorities. You’ll partner with senior leaders to balance stakeholder needs and propel growth and resilience. This role offers impact through regional transformation, continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. - Define and implement regional SC strategy aligned with business objectives
- Own end-to-end SC performance including service, cost, inventory and risks
- Lead planning, logistics, distribution and customer service functions




- Coordinate with Head of Commercial and Head of Operations to balance stakeholder needs
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within the region
- Oversee Su0026OP/IBP processes and regional KPI tracking
- Develop regional SC talent through leadership and succession planning
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks with contingency planning
- Collaborate with Global BEX for lean, six sigma and digital transformation initiatives
- Manage the regional SC budget and cost performanceResponsabilidades
- Bachelor or Master degree in relevant fields
- Proven track record in end-to-end Supply Chain
- Experience in transformation/integration environments is advantageous
