Experteer Overview In this role you lead complex SaaS implementations of the OneTrust Privacy, Security and Governance platform, guiding customer adoption and ensuring technical success. You act as a trusted adviser, shaping solutions across modules and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll translate client needs into architecture decisions, driving platform adoption and customer satisfaction. - Lead solution design and oversee technical implementation and platform adoption for complex customer deployments
- Provide assurance on SaaS implementations including underlying hardware/software architectures
- Leverage HTML, CSS and JavaScript across projects
- Establish trust with customers to ensure overall satisfaction with the platform
- Analyze client processes to design solutions and recommend configuration best practices
- Document processes and workflows for reuse and adoption
- Advocate for customers by relaying issues to Product Management and Engineering to influence roadmap




- Monitor customer adoption to inform leadership of business needs related to products
- Provide strategic/tactical support for Sales, Professional Services and Business Development
- Support references and contribute to PSO knowledge growth through training and documentationResponsabilidades
- 8+ years of relevant experience in software development, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting
- Experience with HTTP, SSO, SSL certificates, networking, and API integrations
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to work across Professional Services and Product Management
- Strong meeting facilitation or webinar-hosting abilities
- BA/BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Web Design/Development, Engineering Management or IT/SystemsRequisitos principales
