Experteer Overview In this role you will drive growth for Vodafone’s VBI-Carrier Sub-Sea business by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in subsea and terrestrial fibre networks. You will lead commercial strategy, shape partnerships, and negotiate high-stakes contracts to deliver revenue and margin targets. Working with cross-functional teams including technical and legal, you will shepherd bids from qualification to signature and ensure project success at scale. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving telecom markets and can influence C-level decisionmakers.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth and margin targets
- Build industry partnerships and senior stakeholder relationships to support Vodafone growth
- Coordinate and lead complex commercial negotiations with customers and suppliers
- Serve as Commercial Lead on high-risk, complex bid opportunities and manage a virtual bid team through to contract signingResponsabilidades




- Knowledge of Commercial contracts within the Telecoms Market
- Financial modelling experience with end-to-end governance
- Experience delivering innovative commercial propositions in fast-changing environments
- Strong relationship builder with ability to negotiate at senior leadership level
- 5+ years’ experience in developing compelling commercial propositions
- 24+ months experience managing change or operating in a rapidly changing environment
- Expert industry knowledge in mobile, fixed, or converged telecommunications
- High-level Excel modelling skills and relevant systems knowledge
- Graduate Degree; MSc or MBA / professional accounting qualification preferredRequisitos principales
