Experteer Overview In this role, you translate complex business needs into structured, outcome-focused requirements to enable AI-assisted engineering. You bridge business stakeholders, domain experts, and delivery teams to align on architecture standards and localisation decisions. You will shape how business intent is defined and prioritized for BMP product localisation and rollout, supporting scalable, sustainable delivery in a large enterprise. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that drives clarity and impact in AI-enabled projects.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Elicit and structure business requirements with domain experts and senior stakeholders
- Translate needs into functional requirements, rules, constraints and acceptance criteria
- Own and prioritise scope based on value, risk, and feasibility
- Identify and resolve ambiguities and gaps early in the lifecycle
- Act as the main interface between business, architects, and delivery teams
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and localisation decisions




- Enable AI-accelerated delivery by providing well-structured intent for AI-assisted development
- Review and validate delivery outputs from business and intent perspectivesResponsabilidades
- Strong business analysis background in complex enterprise environments
- Experience in insurance domains, preferably Retail and/or Claims
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and facilitate cross-organisation alignment
- Strong prioritisation, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and solution design
- Hands-on experience with AZ Forge in delivery or rollout contexts
- Experience collaborating with AI-assisted development tools and understanding impact on AI outputs
