This could include using AI to explore existing code, speed up implementation, generate and improve tests, support debugging, improve documentation, review approaches, or increase overall code quality.We care less about hype and more about practical usage: knowing when AI can help, when human judgment matters most, and how to use these tools responsibly and reasonably to build better software.FlexibilityWe have an office in Málaga city centre, but daily office attendance is not required.We meet in person for trainings, team sessions, and important alignment moments, usually around two times per month on average.
