Experteer Overview As a Senior People u0026amp; Culture partner for Continental Europe, you will shape and deliver HR strategies to support European expansion while embedding Greystar's culture. You will work with senior leaders to inform business decisions on people implications, and coach leaders on talent, learning, organisational design and engagement. You’ll lead the Pu0026amp; C team in Europe, drive planning and KPI reporting, and advance DEI initiatives. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on people leadership in a fast-moving, global business.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Develop and align Pu0026C strategy with European expansion and local operations
- Contribute to senior management decisions with focus on people implications and engagement
- Coach and advise leaders on resourcing, talent, learning, organisational design, engagement and rewards
- Lead and develop the Continental Europe Pu0026C team to achieve business objectives
- Support business planning and budgeting, proposing future projects
- Develop and report Pu0026C KPIs to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Advocate DEI initiatives with focus areas for lines of business or countries
- Manage complex employee relations, escalations, TUPE, consultations and collective bargaining
- Oversee HR aspects of acquisitions/divestments, including integrations and market entries
- Provide strategic direction on country-specific benefits, payroll, policies and processes, and support audits and risk managementResponsabilidades
- Degree level education or equivalent experience
- A relevant professional HR qualification
- Broad generalist HR knowledge including reward, payroll and benefits
- Strong knowledge of employment law and practices, including Mu0026A and TUPE
- Experience with European employment law across multiple countries (NL, DE, AT, DK, FR, ES)
- Senior generalist European HR experience in a fast-moving commercial environment
- Leadership and management skills with basic project management
- Commercial mindset and good judgement
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
- Budgeting and business planning experience
- Experience in managing acquisitions
- Ability to adapt in a changing environment
- Desirable: experience in a global organisation with a US parent
- Fluency in English plus an additional European language (Spanish, Dutch, French or German preferred)Requisitos principales
