Experteer Overview
In this role you lead and develop Area Managers to drive operational excellence across Amazon sites. You’ll coordinate with HR, Finance, Safety and Security to boost safety, quality and productivity, and design initiatives that improve site performance. You act as a key link between teams to innovate and meet demand, mentoring your shift teams and shaping the future of Amazon Transportation Service (ATS). A results-driven, safety-first leader, you help staff reach their potential.

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers
• Lead operational teams on a shift and mitigate issues to improve site performance
• Analyze shift performance against business objectives and implement improvement actions
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security
• Design and deliver initiatives to improve operational performance
• Mentor and coach team members to become strong managers
• Act as the primary link between multiple teams (finance, safety, operations integration) to support daily operations and innovation
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field, or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques
• Experience in a similar logistical working environment
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting
