- Source and analyze potential acquisition targets in the entertainment sector
- Build and refine financial models and valuation analyses to assess synergies and viability
- Evaluate financial, strategic, and operational risks of targets
- Prepare investment memorandums and deal-related documentation

- Develop and present investment theses to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Support negotiations on deal structure, valuation, and financing

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business, Economics or Finance
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, top-tier management consulting, corporate development, Mu0026A or strategy roles

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with exposure to senior stakeholders
