Experteer Overview As a Technical Revenue Management Analyst, you will own the hybrid portfolio in Australia and support growth into the US and Japan. You will optimize revenue through market participation, PPAs, and ancillary services while driving OPEX efficiency and technical KPI reporting. Working in an international, fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with Ou0026amp; M, asset management, andfinance to maximize portfolio value. This role combines engineering expertise with revenue-driven decision making to shape a scalable growth agenda. - Identify value-maximizing market participation opportunities across dispatch scenarios and manage RFPs for contracting representatives and battery optimizers
- Drive operating cost efficiency across the portfolio and lead end-to-end RFP processes for market representation and battery optimization
- Act as primary relationship owner for PPA counterparties and monitor contractual obligations and deviations throughout the contract term
- Track green certificates and environmental attributes, maximizing returns on surplus volumes
- Define, track, and report key technical KPIs and coordinate weekly with Ou0026M and monitoring teams
- Analyze performance data,



identify budget deviations, and propose improvement actions
- Produce monthly and quarterly asset performance reports for internal stakeholders and country managers
- Coordinate with Finance to explain variances and inform future projects
- Serve as technical interface with external stakeholders (Ou0026M, asset manager, optimiser, grid operators, regulators)
- Collaborate with Investment, Legal, Finance, and Mu0026A to ensure operational alignment and continuity
- Contribute to process improvements in asset management tools and reporting standardsResponsabilidades
- Engineering background with solid renewable energy experience, preferably 4 years on hybrid projects or PV solar
- Fluent English
- Solid understanding of solar PV and BESS lifecycle, performance analysis, maintenance strategies, and grid integration
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Autonomous, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities without daily supervision
