Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead mechanical rotating equipment engineering activities for oil, gas and petrochemical projects, ensuring design compliance and optimal performance. You will collaborate with Owner, Licensor, Contractor and Vendor teams to review and approve technical deliverables and drive design optimization. You’ll participate in key technical sessions and ensure safety culture and project quality. The opportunity blends hands-on engineering leadership with cross-functional coordination to enable delivery of sustainable energy infrastructure.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Champion project safety culture and engagement
• Identify, evaluate and resolve rotating equipment engineering issues
• Review and approve contractor deliverables for design, calculations, and equipment data
• Attend technical meetings with Owner, Licensor, Contractor and Vendors
• Lead technical reviews and ensure compliance with owner specs and standards




• Coordinate engineering input for design options and business models
• Guide development of specifications and update existing ones
• Coordinate participation of other disciplines in design reviews and workshops
• Influence facilities and equipment design optimization
• Provide technical guidance to other engineers and coordinate vendor bid evaluations and prequalification

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
• 15+ years in Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical with offshore experience
• 5+ years in a similar leadership role managing specialists and engineers
• FEED u0026 EPC experience required
• PMC experience
• Offshore project experience (minimum 5 years)
• ADNOC experience required
