Experteer Overview
In this role you drive supplier and raw material qualification and oversight at our Haag site, aligning with customer and dsm-firmenich requirements. You’ll lead quality, food safety troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risks and disruptions. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage supplier performance and documentation, ensuring RM specs align and are accessible in our LIMS. This position combines process rigor with stakeholder management to uphold high quality in pet food supply.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Manage supplier and RM qualification for the site based on dsm-firmenich and customer requirements
• Support sites on quality and food safety troubleshooting and regularly assess improvement initiatives for progress adjustments
• Perform thorough risk assessments of suppliers and create mitigation strategies
• Support site in RM performance issues




• Ensure smooth documentation and know-how transition related to Pet Food supplier management for the region
• Ensure RM specifications aligned with suppliers (if applicable) available in LIMS

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years in quality management/QA in food or pharmaceutical industry
• Auditing experience
• Knowledge of feed/food standards and relevant food regulations
• Pet food quality experience desired
• Excellent English communication skills
