Experteer Overview As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at IFS, you will shape cloud-based AI solutions that measure and reduce environmental impact for industrial customers. You’ll lead cross-functional design decisions, evolve a scalable platform, and ensure secure, observable production software. You work across front-end and back-end, with languages like GoLang and React, and you’ll mentor others while expanding the product portfolio. - Lead design, architecture, and implementation of scalable APIs, services, and accessibility-focused UIs.
- Modernize legacy systems into modular, event-driven, API-first components.
- Deliver AI-native features across front-end and back-end using multiple languages.
- Provide technical direction and trade-offs on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Own reliability and operational excellence: telemetry, SLOs, incident response, continuous improvement.
- Champion DevOps: CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, and on-call operations.

- Proven track record delivering secure, observable, high-quality production software.
