Experteer Overview In this role you will own the full software development lifecycle for high-performance C# applications while serving as a Scrum Master. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid 75/25 setup to deliver robust software and empower the development team through Agile practices. You will tackle ambiguity, apply modern AI-assisted tools, and drive code quality and team efficiency in pursuit of Roche’s mission to advance healthcare. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (feasibility, design, coding, testing, maintenance)
- Design and implement code and unit/subsystem tests based on requirements and architecture
- Plan, estimate, and deliver work within the development team with proactive communication
- Conduct reviews of own and peers’ code and assess design, usability, performance




- Navigate ambiguity and maintain forward progress
- Act as a Fullstack Developer
- Serve as Scrum Master to facilitate progress, remove blockers, and promote transparency
- Foster continuous improvement through agile practices and empowermentResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- C#, WPF, and .NET 8.0 proficiency
- SQL Server experience with database design and Entity Framework
- Git/GitHub knowledge
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with AI-supporting tools across the development lifecycle
- Build environment definition experience
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- CSM or PSM I certification and at least 2 years as Scrum Master for a software teamRequisitos principales
