Experteer Overview As Clean Utilities, you support the Construction Manager in coordinating contractors for key systems, including compressed air, purified water, pure steam, and drainage, on industrial projects. You may be based in Madrid or Salamanca with regular travel to Salamanca. You ensure drawings align with the BIM model, support cost control and change management, and supervise safety and quality within your scope. You help drive commissioning readiness and smooth handover to the client, contributing to successful project delivery.Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Ensure construction drawings align with and derive from the updated BIM model
- Verify execution follows the approved design
- Support Cost Manager in cost control and change management for your discipline
- Monitor contractual compliance, schedule, quality, and safety within your scope




- Coordinate start-up and commissioning activities with the Commissioning Manager
- Facilitate transition from Mechanical Completion to commissioning and manage punch lists
- Attend system walkdowns, document findings, and ensure proper handover to clientResponsabilidades
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in industrial or pharmaceutical projects
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (B1)
- Experience with MS Project, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Navisworks
- Willingness to be based on site in Salamanca and travel as needed
- Background in pharmaceutical facilities or industrial construction is desirableRequisitos principales
