Experteer Overview As a Performance Energy Engineer in Siemens Smart Infrastructure, you will identify opportunities to optimize energy use in buildings and deliver energy-saving solutions that meet customer goals. You work within the Digital Services team to apply analytics, audits, and value-focused design to reduce energy consumption, costs, and maintenance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support sales in digital services opportunities, contributing to a more sustainable, energy-efficient built environment. - Conduct remote building data analytics and develop facility improvement measures plans
- Engage with stakeholders across industries to understand energy usage, operations, and design gaps
- Assist sales in identifying and qualifying potential digital services contracts
- Own the optimization process from discovery through delivery, including audits, cost calculations, design, and verification




- Collaborate with the Siemens European Digital Delivery Center and manage internal stakeholders
- Monitor market trends to enhance service offeringsResponsabilidades
- Experience with plant and control optimization in industry and buildings
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) is advantageous
- Strong understanding of technical infrastructure and ability to redesign systems for energy and maintenance efficiency
- Theoretical background to quantify effects of equipment changes and field experience in HVAC, ventilation, heat recovery, and process optimization
- English and Spanish language skills
- Background as civil/mechanical/energy engineer with HVAC and energy efficiency project experience
