Experteer Overview In this Senior Software Engineer role, you will help shape Spendesk’s KYC-focused onboarding and compliance experiences. You’ll work primarily on backend systems while contributing to the frontend with React, aligning with the product’s mission of reliable, scalable spend management. You will own technical topics across the full feature lifecycle and lead initiatives that improve architecture, quality, and performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, observable, and customer-centric solutions. - Design, develop, and maintain backend services and workflows for KYC and onboarding
- Contribute to frontend development with React (~30% of role)
- Own complex technical and functional topics across the full feature lifecycle
- Define and evolve robust architectures with hexagonal boundaries
- Lead technical initiatives from discovery to delivery and improvement
- Build maintainable, performant, observable, and well-tested software




- Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and other stakeholders
- Promote AI-assisted development practices and responsible usageResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong expertise in TypeScript for backend development with Node.Js
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or infrastructure-as-code
- Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable products
- Strong architectural knowledge including hexagonal architecture and maintainable system design
- Ability to lead initiatives with ownership and autonomy
