Experteer Overview In this role you will perform credit analysis and support underwriting decisions for the Credit u0026amp; Surety Reinsurance segment, spanning sectors like Construction, Telecommunications, Automotives, and Real Estate. You collaborate with underwriting and risk teams globally to deliver data-informed risk assessments and implement AI-enabled transformation of credit processes. You will drive portfolio insights, monitor exposures, and help shape credit frameworks. This is a hands-on, cross-functional opportunity to influence risk governance and pricing in a global context.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Perform credit analysis and internal rating assessments across industries and geographies; recommend credit limitswithin risk appetite
- Monitor exposures and assess impacts of market and company-specific developments; contribute to sector trends and concentration risk insights
- Collaborate with underwriting and risk management teams globally; communicate credit views to enable timely decisions
- Drive operational excellence by improving turnaround times and outputs; contribute to data-driven and AI-enabled transformation initiatives
- Support development and enhancement of tools,
methodologies, and credit frameworksResponsabilidades
- 4-8 years of experience in credit analysis or related credit work
- Strong academic background in business and/or postgraduate qualification (MBA/CFA or similar)
- Proficient in financial spreading, projections, and handling credit application documents
- Good knowledge of global macroeconomics, financial markets, and credit-related products
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; fluency in English and Spanish; German/French a plus
- Working knowledge of database management tools and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across regions and cultures
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Digital transformation project experience is a plusRequisitos principales
