Experteer Overview In this role you will strengthen Coty’s safety and wellbeing culture across Iberia, driving proactive risk management and robust HSE practices. You will influence local and global initiatives, enable training, and turn data-driven insights into improvements. You’ll partner with internal and external stakeholders to raise safety standards and support a resilient, healthy workplace. - Contribute to global HSE coordination by sharing practices and supporting governance

- Generate meaningful HSE insights to support better decision-making and global safety performanceResponsabilidades
- University degree and Master in PRL / HSE with at least three specialties: Seguridad en el Trabajo, Higiene Industrial, Ergonomía, Psicosociología
- PRL certification obtained or homologated in Spain
- 2–5 years of experience in Health u0026 Safety / PRL
- Fluent Spanish and advanced English
- Experience with prevention services or legally regulated HSE frameworks valued
- Experience in office, sales, retail, service, and factory/industrial environments advantageous
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; Power BI knowledge is aplus
